Eddie Brook is the youngest son of Martin & Pam Brook co founders and owners of Brookfarm in Byron Bay. Eddie has been part of the family business since he was a young boy and is the embodiment of the passion, drive and vision which has shaped this locally based company into the hugely successful business it is today. Eddie will share the story of the development of Brookfarm from its inception and how strong family values and an unwavering desire for producing only the very best has led to not only Australian success, but strong presence in over a dozen export markets as well.
