With almost two decades of experience managing operations, quality, supply chain, facilities and manufacturing departments.
My greatest focus and skills are in people and relationship building, with a strong belief in mentorship and skill development to support progression within the business.
Recently completed consulting in Latin America to setup a medical device head-office with a $30m annual revenue. This involved operations, sourcing site, design & build, fit out, staffing, training, process redesign and implementation of business best practice. Key focus was to implement solutions that support future business vision and continuous improvement.
Experience includes high volume manufacturing environments such as Food – Byron bay Cookies, Beverage Coca Cola, Micro-Electronic – Intel, Pharmaceutical – CSL and Electro-mechanical Quantum Peripherals.
