Byron and Beyond Networking currently hold Business Networking events at these locations.
Each of our Business networking Chapters bring together an eclectic group of people from the local area, many of whom are solopreneurs, working in solitary situations. Our groups provides a forum for socialising, for learning about better business practice, as well as developing business relationships in a subtle yet powerful way.
The breakfast meetings provide an opportunity for a great exchange of ideas and new approaches to business. A huge amount of business is generated between the members, and this is very gratifying. This happens because the group creates a climate of confidence – just like one big family. This is also a lovely relaxed way for newcomers to our region can get to know other local business people and make lasting friendships.
Each month you may get a different mix of people who attend the breakfast which broadens your network. Numbers are kept to approximately 18 to ‘ensure an intimate and dynamic environment for exchange’.
Although not all of those on the membership list attend the meetings, many members enjoy the connection and information distributed in the regular newsletters. This becomes a handy database of what’s happening in the local business area. Each month we engage a speaker for the day on their subject of expertise. This stimulates a lively exchange of information and input. This year we have enjoyed hearing from many local business leaders and small business owners on a wide variety of subjects when they can share their knowledge and experience.
Everyone attending has the option of a 60 second introduction to explain their business and perhaps ask for the services of others in areas that they require help.
This is a non-political group, supporting local business and providing a social opportunity for those with a home based business to promote in an easy, relaxed environment, with like-minded people, whilst enjoying some wonderful local produce at the start of their day. We have 3 or 4 breakfasts a month. One each at Bangalow, Ballina and Byron Bay.
Coffee Mornings and Lunches are also held periodically.
There is a ‘membership’ option. However visitors are very welcome to visit us twice before joining as members. You do not have to be a Member to attend Coffee Mornings or Lunches
Members receive many benefits and I am happy to email that information to you with a ‘membership form’. Membership is very affordable and is available for individuals, families and companies.
Our mission is to bring local business people together, in a beautiful environment.
