Victoria Cosford writes about food, reviews restaurants, teaches cooking classes, cooks in a Byron Bay cafe and most recently edited the recipes in The Byron Bay Cookbook.
A self-confessed recipe and cookbook tragic, she will be talking about the challenges she faced and a lifetime of collecting and collating recipes.
She will also talk about the book she had published two years ago, ‘Amore and Amaretti: A Tale of Love and Food in Tuscany’ which covers those years in her life when she lived in Italy, to which she hopes to return next year.

#2 Spinach, ricotta& fetta tart served with a garden salad.
#3 Creamy mushroom, prosciutto, baby spinach linguine with parmesan cheese.
#4 Caeser salad with chicken, cos lettuce, garlic crutons,crispy prosciuto, egg and parmesan cheese.
There are also mini desserts with tea or coffee.
