Victoria Cosford writes about food, reviews restaurants, teaches cooking classes, cooks in a Byron Bay cafe and most recently edited the recipes in The Byron Bay Cookbook.

A self-confessed recipe and cookbook tragic, she will be talking about the challenges she faced and a lifetime of collecting and collating recipes.

She will also talk about the book she had published two years ago, ‘Amore and Amaretti: A Tale of Love and Food in Tuscany’ which covers those years in her life when she lived in Italy, to which she hopes to return next year.

On the Menu
Homemade Frittata
With potato, baby spinach, caramelised onion and brie cheese served with a garden salad.

Tempura King Prawns
Served with a garden salad and sweet soy dipping sauce.

Spanner Crab Linguine
Chilli, garlic, lemon, baby spinach and parmesan cheese.

Beer Battered Australian Barramundi
With garden salad, shoestring fries and homemade aioli.

There are also mini desserts with tea or coffee.

The Gallery Cafe is fully licensed.
