Katrina’s Story – from the Town Restaurant in Bangalow

Katrina Kanetani the owner of the very popular and successful cafe and restaurant Town in Bangalow is our presenter at Victoria’s at Ewingsdale on Wednesday 19th February.

Katrina and her husband Karl purchased Town two and a half years ago after working in some very prestigious establishments in Sydney, New York, Hawaii and London, where she worked for the infamous Gordon Ramsay at L’Oranger and Marco Pierre White at Quo Vidas amongst other well know establishments.

The food at Town is sensational- interesting, delicious and challenging, art on the plate.
