PRESENTER: Victoria Cosford – Logistics Behind Cooking Classes
Victoria Cosford is a cooking teacher, chef, cake-baker, writer and ex-food columnist who loves everything Italian.
For over three decades she has been teaching Italian cooking to groups large and small, privately, through community colleges, in kitchenware stores and cooking schools both in Australia and in Italy. In her presentation Victoria will discuss the logistics behind cooking classes and what constitutes a successful one.
